As a charity only part funded by the NHS, it is only with the kindness of our supporters that we can be alongside our vibrant Hillingdon community at their time of need.
This generosity means that every person who comes to us can be supported to shape their own care.
There are so many ways you can support local people facing serious illness:
- Donate
- Give in memory
- Volunteer
- Leave a legacy
- Events
- Our charity shops
- Play the Hospice Lottery
- Company giving
- School partnerships
- Trusts and foundations
- Shop and give
From holding fundraising events and running marathons to serving drinks from Lenny’s Bar at Michael Sobell House and customers in our shops, our volunteers and fundraisers support local people living alongside serious illness to live each day to the fullest.
Every year, Harlington Hospice needs to raise around £2.4 million to deliver our Inpatient Unit at Michael Sobell House, Hospice at Home, Wellbeing, Psychological & Emotional Support and Education & Information services. As well as kind donations from the public, we rely on the generosity of volunteers to support across our services and fundraising.
We know how important it is that people can access support that’s shaped around them, when and where they need it. We’re so grateful that you’re considering supporting local people. Thank you. Â
